Meditation for Women
Every woman experiences a variety of changes in her body, mind, and emotional state at different stages of her life. These may include puberty, childbirth, perimenopause, menopause, “empty nest” syndrome, and time of retirement. All of these various passages bring new roles, responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities to women from all walks of life, everywhere. They are transformative experiences which bring a woman from one way of being to another. Meditation and mindfulness can help every woman learn how to listen to her body, open her heart, embrace and enjoy herself in her new role during each of life’s seasons.
This workshop is designed for women of all ages. You will learn a variety of simple stress reduction and breathing techniques to improve your physical and emotional well-being by spiritually reconnecting to and enhancing your feminine energy. In doing so, you will develop a higher state of awareness, engaging in activities and mindfulness exercises that bring peace of mind and deep healing to you on all levels.
