Meditation for Beginners
Meditation is for everyone … every day … in every walk of life. Infinite You’s Meditation for Beginners course is designed to introduce you to the proven benefits of meditation. The course is specifically tailored to help you build the core foundation of meditative practice and intentional living.
Of all the courses I teach, this is one of my favorites. During a 90-minute session, I will introduce you to meditation practices and methods from around the world. I will also teach you practical, everyday techniques you can use to achieve body awareness and mindfulness and share the benefits offered by meditation.
Meditation is more than “sitting in a quiet room chanting”. Meditation and mindfulness can be an everyday, continuous process that brings about awareness, increases your appetite for life, relieves stress, and facilitates focus. Meditation allows you to both envision the pathway that you really want in life and find the energy and focus to walk down that path.
