Meditation for Women

This workshop is designed for women of all ages. You will learn a variety of simple stress reduction and breathing techniques to improve your physical and emotional well-being by spiritually reconnecting to and enhancing your feminine energy. In doing so, you will develop a higher state of awareness, engaging in activities and mindfulness exercises that bring peace of mind and deep healing to you on all levels.
